Foxagile Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 8, 2025

FOXAGILE LLC (“Foxagile,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a scheduling service that helps users mark events as flexible and automatically move events to make space (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Controller: FOXAGILE LLC, New York, USA. Contact: support@foxagile.com.

What we collect

Information you provide to us

  • Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and basic profile information.
  • Event flexibility data: Settings and labels you add in Foxagile to indicate which events are flexible. We may store the related Google Calendar event ID to link your settings to the event.
  • Billing information: Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your payment details are sent directly to Stripe and are not stored on Foxagile servers. We store subscription status and whether you used the Service on a given day for billing purposes.

Information we obtain from Google (with your consent)

We request only the scopes needed for the features you use. These may include:

  • openid, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile — sign-in and basic profile.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly — show your calendars and free/busy information, and list events.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.owned — create, move, or update events on calendars you own.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/contacts.readonly — show your Google contacts (read only) to help invite people.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/directory.readonly — if you use Google Workspace, confirm domain membership and show directory users (read only) to support team scheduling and inviting teammates.

We do not store Google event or contact contents on our servers. We may store event IDs and your flexibility settings that you create in Foxagile.

How we use information

  • Provide and improve the Service, including moving flexible events at your request.
  • Display your calendars, contacts/directory, and availability.
  • Coordinate team scheduling within your Google Workspace domain, allowing eligible coworkers in the same domain to initiate a move of your flexible events; Foxagile performs the change under your authorization.
  • Operate subscriptions and billing (via Stripe) and measure usage for billing.
  • Communicate with you about service updates and support.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents and abuse.

Workspace & team features

If you use Foxagile with a Google Workspace account, users in the same Workspace domain can initiate moves of events that you own and have marked as flexible. When a teammate initiates a move:

  • Foxagile executes the change using your Google authorization (your refresh/access token) and the permissions you granted — your tokens are never shared with teammates.
  • Teammates may see your availability (free/busy) and the fact that an event is movable, but Foxagile does not disclose event descriptions, invitee lists, or other event contents.
  • You control participation by marking events as flexible or not. Only events you mark as flexible are eligible for teammate-initiated moves, and you can unmark an event at any time.

Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

  • Contract (to provide the Service you request).
  • Consent (for Google scopes and the per-event flexibility settings you choose).
  • Legitimate interests (to keep the Service secure and improve it).

Data storage & retention

  • Refresh tokens: Stored server-side to act on your behalf (for moving events) and retained until you revoke access, your account is deleted, or the token expires. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
  • Event flexibility data: Retained until you remove it or request deletion of your account/data.
  • Usage for billing: We store whether you used the Service on a given day for billing; retained as needed for billing records and tax/legal obligations.
  • We do not store Google event details or contact contents on our servers.

Security

  • Data hosted in AWS (us-east-1). Access is restricted to authorized personnel.
  • All data in transit uses HTTPS/TLS.
  • Refresh tokens are encrypted before being saved in our database.

Where your data is processed

Data is processed in the United States. If you are outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers provided by our subprocessors.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising. We share data only with service providers (“subprocessors”) who perform services for us, under contract:

  • AWS — application hosting and storage.
  • Stripe — payments processing (we do not store your full payment details).

In Workspace domains, limited signals (such as your free/busy and whether an event is flexible) may be visible to teammates to coordinate moves. Foxagile does not share event contents.

Your choices & rights

  • Flexibility controls: Mark or unmark events as flexible at any time. Only flexible events are eligible for teammate-initiated moves in your Workspace domain.
  • Revoke Google access: You can revoke Foxagile’s access from your Google Account under Security → Third-party access. This immediately prevents further access to your Google data.
  • Delete your data/account: Send an email to support@foxagile.com from the email address associated with your account. After verifying your request, we will delete your refresh token and all event flexibility data stored by Foxagile.
  • Access/erasure (EEA/UK/California): You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data by emailing support@foxagile.com.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it. If you are in the EEA/UK, you must be at least the age of digital consent in your country (typically 16; lower where permitted with parental consent).

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new policy here and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice.
